Board Minutes for February 17, 2010

The meeting was called to order at 6:05pm. Those in attendance were Gil Ellis, Richard Yousoufian, Jimmy Baes, Robert Vitrano, Kathy Moore, Debbie Madsen, and Lois de Oliveira.

Reviewed and approved the January 20th Meeting Minutes.

Administrative Report
1. Jeff will give us an estimate for a leak in the roof.
2. Anyone who is behind on their maintenance we appreciate that you are trying to
    catch up.
3. Gil will see about replacing the condo flag.
4. Empire electric is not asking for the past due bills to be paid since we have not
    heard from them.
5. The plumber was to give us an estimate to work around the unit 6 bath tub drain
    to keep the septic tank from backing up there.

Committee Report

1. The website “thegrandconcourse.com” is still a work in progress, besides putting
    on the site “For Sale” or “For Rent” is there anything else that needs to be added.
2. Getting permission to rent unit 11.

Property Maintenance
These are things that are on the list to be done at some point. If they have a name by them they
have been designated to be done this year.
a. Fix gate to garden latch –
b. Roof leak above 11/estimate from Jeff
c. Fix garage doors on units 8 and 9
d. Fill in laundry room door with bondo – done
e. Paint garden wall – Jeff/done
f. Install drain trap underneath unit 6/James Terry - Richard please check on this!
g. water damage from last year to units 7, 10, 11 & 16 – Larry/estimate
h. Drain cup for unit nines a/c unit

New Business
The association now has a metal filing cabinet for the office. Thanks to Gil.
